Buenos Aires and I truly found each other when I discovered tango.

I was 15 years old when I watched the Tango World Championship on TV.

I was completely mesmerized by the way those bodies moved, by that silent connection—so precise, so powerful.

I felt something inside me calling me to understand it, to learn it, to dance it.

My grandfather used to sing tango all day long.

My grandmother took me to see my very first show.

From that moment on, tango became my bridge, and Buenos Aires the stage where all my passions come together: dance, gastronomy, and human connection.

I began going to milongas, taking classes, and living the culture of tango from the inside.

That’s how this city got under my skin.

I love Buenos Aires in every step, every corner, every embrace it offers.

For many years, I worked in the world of gastronomy.

I had my own bar in the heart of Palermo, and I also worked in a hotel where I met travelers from all over the world…

And I was always fascinated by that moment when someone would ask me:

“What is something I absolutely shouldn’t miss?”

Today, I have an answer.
